5. Refund Policy

Since we mostly operate on Cash on Delivery (COD):

Refunds are issued via:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Easypaisa
  • JazzCash
  • Store Credit

⏳ Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection

⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Replacement will be processed after receiving and verifying the returned item
  • If the product is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered

7. Return Shipping Cost
